Deloitte

What Matters To You?

The Challenge

Deloitte aimed to boost brand awareness on campus in a fun and engaging manner, capturing the attention of as many students as possible.

To achieve this, the activation needed to be quick, with total engagement time under five minutes. It also required a non-digital, low-skill game that students could easily interact with and enjoy.

The goal was to enhance Deloitte's campus presence and improve their ranking on the Times Top 100 list. As a result, the tour had to be completed within weeks in order to secure a higher position.

Our Solution

A Deloitte-branded gazebo, accompanied by three sail flags to establish a strong presence, was set up in high-footfall areas across various UK university campuses. Inside the gazebo, students were invited to a round table equipped with iPads to participate in a quiz designed to teach them about Deloitte while helping them explore what matters to them.

The quiz featured multiple-choice questions centered around four themes: Community & Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Making a Difference with Technology, and Sustainability. By taking the quiz, students discovered which theme resonated most with them. As a takeaway, each student received a personalised tube filled with sweets representing the different themes. The selection of sweets varied based on the students' quiz results, providing a unique and memorable experience for each participant.

Our Success

Engage

The campaign engaged with a total of 2,750 students across 15 universities. A 4th place in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers was the incredible result for this campaign.

Inspire

The reaction from students was overwhelmingly positive. “It was fun, interactive, and informative experience where I gained more insights about myself and Deloitte."

Connect

The students completed the activation on average in 1 minute and 57 seconds, successfully reaching our target engagement time of five minutes.
